	MarketSmarts MarketSmarts is a publication produced by the Research Department at Central 1 four times per year. Topics focus on marketing and research issues and trends that are relevant to today’s credit union.
	NewsSmarts Article Program The Marketing & Creative Services Department is pleased to offer the NewsSmarts article program. Credit unions subscribing to the annual program receive access to over 50 articles on various topics relevant to the credit union industry.
	Marketing Consulting Services The Marketing & Research Department provides marketing consulting services to individual credit unions, Centrals and credit union affiliates.
	Research Services & Studies Services include dues-funded projects such as the annual Products and Services Study and MarketSmarts as well consulting services such as Member Satisfaction Surveys.

	Member Referral Program The Marketing & Creative Services Services Department administers the Member Referral Program (MRP). Obtain a complete overview of the MRP and get answers to all questions relating to the referral process.
	Province-Wide Communications Program The Province-Wide Communications Program consists of television, print and website advertising. Credit unions are encouraged to order customizable materials to use in their own communications.
	Marketing Campaigns Several marketing campaigns have been developed and are available for credit unions to include in their overall marketing plans.
	Event Management and Support The Marketing & Creative Services Department manages corporate events for Central 1 and provides event management and support services for credit unions across Canada.
	About Us The Marketing & Creative Services Department at Central 1 Credit Union plays a critical role in many areas including major research projects, administering the Province-Wide Advertising Communications Program and the Member Referral Program.
